FIELD TRIPS

All proposals received by Admin are considered
pre-approve by Coordinators

July 26 
  • first semesters  field trip projection  (venue and dates included)
October 30 
  • second term field trips projects 
4 weeks before trip or 20 working days 

FOR ALL 

  • submit updated manpower and transportation requests 
  • Not all trips would require a nurse and a security detail
  • provide any amendments in the initially submitted proposal 
  • ADMIN to process ONLY pre-approved proposal 
2 weeks before field trip 
  • Cashier – updates Admin Team and  teachers of paid students 

NO REFUND ON CONFIRMED TRIPS 

48 hours before the trips 
  • release emergency fund, load allowance, toll and parking fees
  • submit final count of students and vehicle assignments/groupings
  • email to teachers info of driver and vehicle with acknowledgement from 

24 hours before the field trip 

  • Monitor weather conditions and announce cancellations by 7PM the day before the trip 

FIELD TRIP DAY 

STRICT ADHERENCE TO FIELD TRIP PROTOCOLS IS EXPECTED 

    • submitted route or itinerary must be strictly followed for safety and security of everyone and share WAZE 
  • NO personal or unplanned stops; NO drop offs 
  • Lead teacher provide official updates to parents and ADMIN (start, mid or end of trip); photos may be included

Students are teachers’ main responsibility with the support of the aides
